Service and quality are non-negotiable
At SMPL, quality and reliability remain core tenets. All products are subject to quality testing at every processing stage, from raw materials incoming to packing and shipping of semi-finished products, in order to deliver products that meet all customers’ specific needs. Our products are widely appreciated for its high tensile strength, tolerance power, easy installation and longer service life. It is packed in quality packaging materiel to save it from any kind of damage during transit. Our in-house lab is comprised of state-of-the-art Optical Emissions Spectrometry (SpectroLab LAVM-10), imported from M/s SPECTROLAB, Germany, along with wet lab analysis equipment for precise chemistry testing and lot traceability. This helps company to maintain consistency in quality of Refined Lead in each batch from the initial ingot to the last ingot that is produced to offer an outcome of 15 elements up to 5 decimals. In addition to standard Grade A, Grade A Low-Lead, and High Purity 99.99, a broad inventory allows the flexibility to fulfil any unique chemistry specifications.

We strictly adhere to defined industry standards, plant hygiene practices and provide necessary education & training to our personnel to ensure utmost protection in the work environment. SMPL is committed to the reduction of workplace accidents, to the control of lead-in-blood levels and to the provision of a safe working environment for all employees.Lead in its metallic state does not present a health risk provided that a few simple precautions are followed:
- Wear appropriate personal protection equipment, such as safety gloves and boots
- Always wash your hands and forearms as soon as you finish handling Lead and before you do anything else. This applies even when wearing gloves.
- Do not eat, drink or smoke after handling Lead until you have washed your hands.
- When sweeping a Lead storage area, wear a protective dust mask and damp down any dust.
